Four horses were confirmed positive for EIA in Polk County, Iowa.

On April 8, the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship reported four positive cases of equine infectious anemia (EIA) in Polk County. The only other information was that they were all Quarter Horses and there is an official quarantine.
