GVL Receives Best of NAMA Award Nomination

GlobalVetLINK (GVL) had the great honor of being nominated for a Best of NAMA award in early October, which turned from a regional nomination to a national nomination late last week

The National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) announced that GVL and Truffle Media have been nominated for the Best of NAMA award under the category of Interactive Marketing Tools for their Animal Traceability Rule Webinar, which took place on July 16, 2013. This webinar allowed attendees to learn about the new Animal Traceability (ADT) compliances and Interstate Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (ICVI) documentation requirements, along with having the opportunity to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits. GVL worked with Valerie E. Ragan, DVM, and Truffle Media to put on this webinar, which attracted more than 450 registrants.

GlobalVetLINK is honored to receive this nomination from the National Agri-Marketing Association, the nation’s largest association for marketing and agribusiness professionals. The Best of NAMA awards honor the best work in agricultural communication and go through an extensive process before being awarded. Before taking nominations onto the national level, each nominee must go through regional judging by industry professionals in the area. GVL passed through the regional level judging and is now being considered for the national award. National award winners will be announced at the National Agri-Marketing Conference on April 9, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida.
