Texas Has More Equine VS Cases

On July 11, the Equine Disease Communication Center expounded on the July 8 USDA report on vesicular stomatitis (VS) in Texas. There was a confirmed case of equine vesicular stomatitis in Coleman County, Texas. One horse was positive and three were exposed on one premises.

There also were two positive vesicular stomatitis equine cases in Kerr County, Texas. Six horses were exposed on that premises.
