Top Vets Schools as Ranked by US News and World Report

US News & World Report has ranked the top veterinary schools in the country. The schools were ranked based on a survey of academics at peer institutions. They were given scores from 1 (marginal) to 5 (outstanding).

Topping the list is the University of California, Davis, with a score of 4.5. Next was Cornell University with a score of 4.1, and tied for third were Colorado State University and North Carolina State University with scores of 3.9. The Ohio State University and University of Wisconsin-Madison rounded out the top five, each with a score of 3.7.

Texas A&M and the University of Pennsylvania tied for seventh with a score of 3.6. Ninth was the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a 3.4, and rounding out the top 10 were Tufts and University of Georgia, tied with a score of 3.3.
