Arizona Vet Board Attempts to Stop Non-Vet Dog and Horse Massage Therapists

According to an article on bizjournals.com, three animal massage therapists are suing the Arizona State Veterinary Examining Board because the board is trying to say animal massage therapists must have a veterinary degree.

The article said two of the plaintiffs said they received cease and desist letters from the board.

The attorney in the case said he “successfully litigated a similar case in Maryland,” according to the article.
