The American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) has released the featured paper “Ultrasonography of the Foal” from the 2014 Resort Symposium, sponsored by Bayer. The paper was presented by Peter R. Morresey, BVSc.
The summary from the paper stated: “A thorough knowledge of anatomy and expected findings in the healthy foal, and variations of normal, is necessary to fully interpret and prognosticate abnormal ultrasonographic findings.”
