Flair LLC to Participate in 2013 AAEP Convention

Flair LLC, maker of the FLAIR Equine Nasal Strip, will participate in the 59th Annual Convention of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) to be held Dec. 7-11, 2013, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Flair LLC President and FLAIR Nasal Strip Co-Inventor, Jim Chiapetta, DVM, JD, will be attending the 2013 AAEP Convention along with Howard Erickson, DVM, PhD, Emeritus Professor at Kansas State University. Erickson will be available at the FLAIR Strips booth to discuss with conference attendees equine respiratory conditions as well as the current state of EIPH research and the science supporting the benefits of FLAIR Strips on the respiratory system in performance horses.

Erickson, considered one of the world’s foremost authorities on equine respiratory physiology and EIPH, has been a faculty member at Kansas State University since 1981. He has taught physiology and anatomy while conducting on-going research. Erickson also has scholarly interests in cardiopulmonary physiology and exercise physiology.

FLAIR Strips provide drug-free support and protection to the respiratory system of hard-working equine athletes. FLAIR Strips are proven to: reduce airway resistance, reduce lung stress and bleeding (EIPH), reduce fatigue, and shorten post-exercise recovery time.
