The North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) announced that it will host its annual VMX: Veterinary Meeting & Expo June 5-9, 2021, instead of its previously scheduled dates of January 16-20. VMX 2021 will be live, in-person, in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center and anywhere virtually.
“VMX is an event that is at its best when the entire veterinary community can participate. While we have received a very positive response from our community, most of whom plan to attend our live event in Orlando, we have also heard from those who want to attend but cannot because of ongoing travel restrictions,” said NAVC CEO Gene O’Neill. “NAVC is committed to hosting an exceptional event. Taking into consideration all of the interests and perspectives of our community, we feel we can deliver that best when times allow for more in-person interaction and engagement.”
VMX is the veterinary industry’s largest and most comprehensive global conference where members of the veterinary community gather each year to learn from and engage with the world’s most renowned veterinary professionals, explore its award-winning expo hall and network with colleagues. Building on the NAVC’s groundbreaking VMX Virtual Expo Hall it introduced at VMX 2020 earlier this year, VMX 2021 will be a fully integrated hybrid event where participants can enjoy all that VMX offers wherever they are most comfortable—at home or live from Orlando.
