Two horses were confirmed positive for the respiratory form of equine herpesvirus in Hamilton County, Indiana.

The Indiana State Board of Animal Health has confirmed two horses with respiratory herpesvirus in Hamilton County. They are not neurologic. The two horses are being quarantined. 

The 28 other horses that are exposed are being quarantined and their temperatures checked twice daily.
