A boarding facility in Montgomery County, Maryland, is under a voluntary quarantine for the respiratory form of equine herpesvirus. 

The attending veterinarian reported that one horse has been confirmed with the respiratory form of equine herpesvirus, and that 60 other horses on the premises have been exposed.

There is a voluntary quarantine in place at the premises.
