Is There A Time To Hire?

As a business owner, how do you know when it is time to hire additional staff? Here are some clues:

1. Your practice has been growing for at least several months.

2.You want to expand, but your current employees aren’t available to assume additional responsibilities.

3. Your employees’ existing job skills and knowledge are fine for your practice’s current level of productivity, but to expand, you’ll need a different set of skills and knowledge.

4. Revenue is above target and you project continued growth.

5. Rewarding yourself and/or your employees, you wonder what to do with the increased revenue.
