The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection confirmed two cases of equine strangles with 44 horses exposed at a stable in Oneida County. The owner is working with a veterinarian and a voluntary quarantine is in place. No horses have moved since the diagnosis.
