UK Diagnostic Lab Requests EQ Innovator Lepto Vaccine Notification on Accession Forms

If you have questions, please contact Carter at the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, Department of Veterinary Science, College of Agriculture, Food & the Environment, College of Public Health, University of Kentucky, 1490 Bull Lea Rd., Lexington, KY 40511; craig.carter@uky.edu; 859-257-8283 (office).
