Heinke is a 1979 graduate of The Ohio State University. Heinke is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). Heinke is the author of “Practice Made Perfect: A Complete Guide to Veterinary Practice Management.”

The Consolidated Appropriation Act 2021 clarified many aspects of the CARES Act passed in 2020, according to Heinke.
