This special episode’s guest is Ryan Ferris, DVM, MS, DACT, who discusses endometritis.
Ferris owns Summit Equine outside of Woodburn, Oregon, with his wife, Dr. Dora Ferris. Both veterinarians are originally from Washington State, and they performed their veterinary training at Washington State University.
Ferris completed a residency in theriogenology at Colorado State University, and he is board-certified by the American College of Theriogenology. Following his residency, Ferris stayed on at Colorado State University as a faculty member and worked there until 2017, when he and his wife opened Summit Equine.
Ferris specializes in problem mares and embryo transfer. He is recognized internationally for his research program in diagnostics and therapeutics for endometritis.
